- Criteria guided technology companies such as Epson America, Rockwell International, and Emulex in entering new and emerging markets.
- Criteria designed the plan for Xerox PARC to move R&D software into consumer software; Xerox’s Rooms for Windows became the Tabworks graphical interface supplied on Compaq PCs.
- Toshiba, NEC, Mitsubishi and Tatung all selected Criteria when they wanted to launch first-of-kind products into the U.S. marketplace.
For several years, Ashley, and his consulting group, worked with us to develop over a half dozen value chain analysis studies of vertical industries in publishing, printing, media and software. In every case Ashley's team quickly absorbed and organized the material including hardware, software, and marketing messages for relevance and impact. Writing was clear and to the point, and illustrations were created that supported the material. The result of the project was much more efficient training of our field sales force, and increased sales. In my opinion, Ashley has a highly developed ability to foster and drive effective collaboration among disparate stakeholders in a project environment. For us, he pulled together product managers, software and hardware people, and marketing around a common goal with great success.
